HOW MANY CHILDREN ARE IN EACH GROUP?
Learn to Swim 3-4 children per class for maximum practise time.
Stroke Technique is maximum 7 students.
IF MY CHILD CAN'T MAKE A LESSON, DO I GET A MAKE-UP LESSON?
Yes, although not guaranteed. A maximum of 2 make ups per block will only be given in the event of illness where Reception is notified at least 2 hours before the scheduled time of the lesson.
ARE PRIVATE LESSONS AVAILABLE?
Yes, Private lessons are available although limited spots.
CAN I BOOK YOUR VENUE FOR A PRIVATE EVENT, IE BIRTHDAY PARTY?
No. We are solely a swim school.
HOW DOES THE RE-ENROLMENT PROCESS WORK?
There is NO re enrolment. Once your position is secured its yours unless Reception is notified otherwise.
WHAT INTERACTION WILL I RECEIVE AS A PARENT ABOUT MY CHILD'S PROGRESS?
We assess weekly. When your child is ready to move up we will advise the parent/caregiver.
A staff member is always available on pool deck to answer any questions.
